Paul has been working in research, TV and online for over ten years and joined the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as New Technologies Marketing Manager in 2006 and has enjoyed being part of ABC’s digital revolution which has seen the corporation embrace a mutli-channel future whole-heartedly. For the last 3 years he has been running multiple campaigns for ABC Shops and ABC Commercial’s product and services areas and has had a key role in integrating ABC Retail’s online strategy with offline activity. This process has seen the make-over of both the ABC Shop website and some key physical ABC Shops whilst ensuring the growth of ABC Shop website traffic and sales by 20% year on year. Paul is currently looking to implement multivariate testing of a new online Shopping Cart; solutions for eBooks and m-commerce as well as greater integration with a Customer Relationship Management system.
